I hate the hot then cold weather the Philippines is experiencing oftentimes. Maybe the reason to blame why I have coughs and colds. Anyway, this post is going to be my year end report of how my life is and was during 2009. This one’s is a little shorter than I used to make.

Family. Same as last year (2008), I’m thankful that we still eat three times a day plus meriendas. In spite of  the economic crisis, we still have money to buy unimportant things. (Not to brag, but I’m just grateful for that!)

School. Say what, I’m a third year regular student. I’m proud of myself for not failing a subject – well I hope to maintain it. I’m a little grade conscious now and I think that’s better than being an average student. I think I’m no longer a candidate for cum laude (which is sad) but high grades for my majors would be evenly comforting.

It has been tough for me during the mid part of the first semester (around August, I think) since someone had crossed my way. But hey, we’re good now. I made the first move to buddy up her again and maybe we could settle more of it next year.

Friends. I couldn’t count the times I had sleepovers and day/night outs with friends this year because seriously there were lots.

Love life. This life which I don’t have. Bye. HAHAHAHAHAHA! I KNOW RIGHT. Alright, time to wrap up. HAHAHA.

This year, I realized that I’m fatter than ever that I have to reduce, diet and tire myself from exercising alone because my mother wouldn’t get me a limited membership at a fitness center again LOL. But I realized that if I’m more disciplined (like I was during my May to June gym days), I could really be sexy and these excessive adipose tissue would eventually be replaced with abs.  Whatever to my face but trying wouldn’t harm me so I have to do it.

I was a drama drama drama drama queen before but I learned that bringing up too much drama wouldn’t do me good. Concentrate and act like a matured woman is what I need to do.

2009 was not really my year but it has been fair to me. After dark unfortunate events flirted with me, there were rainbows appearing and happy birds singing. So I think 2009 went well. I hope yours, too!

Happy 2010! I hope God bless us more. Cheers to another year of blogging! :D

This year’s our cat year ’cause a lot of cats went here in our place to sleep, eat and play. We used to have eleven cats but two went missing till this very second. Mommy (orig), Daddy, Big Baby Orange, Big Baby White, Tiger and Baby Orange are the first cat family.  Mommy (2), Sungit, Whitey, Orange and Fatty (the missing kittens) are obviously part of the second cat family. Oh, there are cat relatives who visit them from time to time. Apparently, there are two lolo cats and there’s a moo cat. A moo cat is a black and white cow patterned cat.

This is tiger. He doesn’t look like a tiger though but my sister insisted that we call this cutie with such.

Whitey doing a Chicken pose. Actually cleaning her tummy haha

Oh, Orange, the missing kitty since December 1. The kitty who likes to show off his tongue every shoot.

Since these pusakals (street cats) are nice and sweet, too, we feed them right (canned sardines – ’cause Whiskas’ too expensive – and sometimes chicken leftovers when we eat outside – yes we save the bones for them), I guess. On Christmas day, we’re going to feed them with Whiskas, yay! My father made an apartment (out of his old wooden ladder) for the kitties to sleep at with old shirts as bedsheets-blankets. <3

Why do professors give extra school works during vacations? Ugh. I hate!

We have to make our Research’s first chapter due on Thursday. Then chapter two on January. My group mates and I are going to spend a night or two (next week) at San Mateo, Rizal (one of our group mates’ place) to make our chapter one and hopefully the next chapter so we wouldn’t need to see each other on Christmas break. It excites me though but the fact that we need to be serious while doing the paper, goodness! I know there would be a lot of gossip time. Hehe.

Anyway, here goes my Christmas wishlist (though I know that I wouldn’t get any of these any time soon) :

What do you want this Christmas?

Friendster, hello?

I just opened my account today to check out on what’s really new aside from their logo and the color. Then I found out that the font and photos are a lot bigger now; they have more games but not as good as Facebook’s though; the interface’s looks busy, busy and messy. One thing I liked in this new update is their login page!

friendster

Funky, really suggested a change.

RATE FOR THE CHANGE: 8/10

Others think that Friendster is trying hard for changing and attracting new users (and somehow old users to come back). They actually succeeded. Weren’t you curious and you just logged in to your account? It gave them millions of hits.

Now, I’m off to read all the testimonials I had since 2004. Reminisce, reminisce, emo time. Yo! Imagine, my account was up for 5 years! Cheers to Friendster people!
