Basing from my last update, we’re half through first semester. We’ve successfully hosted a mini seminar. There were major adjustments done ’cause our event date was moved and moved back to the original date. Our plans were devastated but at least we were able to finish it with few flaws only (ehem, wireless microphone).

And look at that, it was dated 12th of August but the day was Monday. I forgot to edit it. It should be Thursday. FAIL, I know. Good thing there were only two people who noticed that. Our professor liked the tarp and the program invitation which I made! Of course, I wasn’t properly credited but I was overwhelmed. (:

I also wore high heels which got attention. It got my attention, too. I spotted it at SM dept. store on sale. It was P1199 (or something like) before and I got it for only P399! I had to buy it.

The next day after the seminar, I met with my high school friends for our friend’s despedida. We stayed at Sofitel for a night. Too bad I had an exam the next day so I had to stay up reviewing while listening to them talking, laughing and playing. Our photos from the pool are too embarrassing to post. HAHA

The despedida didn’t end there. We still saw each other this week’s Wednesday and ate at our favorite place when were still in high school. I definitely missed! We also went to our friend’s pad to eat ice cream and talk more.

And lastly, yesterday, we  met again. We just had pizza and went to Storyland to enjoy two rides! We went to her place again to talk more more more. I wish I could stop the time so I could have spent more time with her. She’s leaving on monday for Canada. ); The idea hasn’t sunk into me yet and I don’t like to think about not seeing her for a long long time.

Oh well, doesn’t look like I’m busy for school. It’s just that I can always find time for my friends. They are so awesome that I can’t miss to see them. <3

My friend and I met yesterday ’cause she had my id and I needed that to get a barangay clearance (which I will get today). She also accompanied me to pay for the gym. We did a little window shopping ’cause there were a lot of stalls which were in sale. Too bad I was broke to buy anything for myself. We then decided to eat. Window shopping was tiring, y’know!

We were supposed to eat at the famous KFC but we wanted to try something new. So we went checking out for restaurants and we spotted the Holy Cow.

We both ordered pork chop in a hot plate. Neither of us enjoyed our meal. I don’t know, maybe if we ordered something else then we’ll know if they serve real good foods. The iced tea was good though. We had 5 (or so) refills ’cause we were talking talking and talking a lot about random high school stuff.

Then we both decided to test our luck by buying two tickets in lotto. We joined 6/49, draw tonight! It’s the second time we did this. (You know what happened the first time, haha). She influenced me to buy scratch cards which costs P20/$0.45 each. I won P50/$1.20 for my first try! So we both bought again but then we lost. I bought again but lost again. It is addicting! P10 goes to the charity.

Ha! I didn’t spend much and I loved it. Dates shouldn’t be really expensive, anyway. I love times with my friends like this. I hope we get to do this more often like we used to (when there’s class and baon).

My friend, Roxy, is leaving for Singapore on monday. On the job training thing she applied for. So brave to leave everything and everyone behind for 6 months. She will be back tho. WHY AM I SO BEING EMOTIONAL? Ha ha. Not. I’m actually happy for her! What really makes me feel sad is that we’re in our college senior year. Only two more semesters before the expected graduation year. After that, we’re less likely to see each other because of work. Say what? I just hope no one gets delayed so we can push through our Macau Party. My friends and I already talked about the plan and everyone is really excited. We’re going to graduate on 2011.

Saturday night, I spent with four of my friends. Swim and eat at Casa Milan’s Clubhouse. Wednesday night, I spent with more of my friends. And tomorrow morning, I will be spending time with them again. We were never complete though but I am always present!!! Ha ha ha! Despedida galore?

Oh by the way, tada! I have a new layout! It’s oh oh oh blue! The header, uh, I recycled it. I already used it for my multiply theme (and still using), heh. I just love the way it looks like now. I’m more happy to blog. If there’s something wrong, kindly tell me asap so I can fix it! Later!

I used to love you all but now? I hate some of you. I thought second year was the worst of the years in college but third year is seriously hell. I shouldn’t be hating you, you and you but you’re all giving me reasons. I wish I am that good at self-monitoring or at least be a true psychology major like what others way to generalize us.

But I’m still hoping that one day, we’d still all be happy, reunited and close.

Pang ilang Harry Potter movie na ba yung ipapalabas next week? Hindi ko talaga alam. 6. 6 diba? Hindi kasi ako nagbasa ng libro at hindi ko pa masyadong paborito kaya wala akong idea. Pasensya naman. Oo, basta yung Half Blood Prince. Teka, yun ba talaga? Mamaya hindi  e! May ticket pa naman ako.

Best friend ko kasama ko manonood. Regalo ko sakanya for her 19th birthday. Naalala ko lang, noong 17th birthday niya HP movie tickets din ang iniregalo ko sakanya. Kasama namin ang ate ko noon. Ngayon, kaming dalawa na lang. Wala na kasi akong panglibre sa ate ko. Hahaha!

Sa friday na yan, sayang nga e hindi sa 16 mismo at hindi sa IMAX sa SM North Edsa, gusto ko pa namang maexperience kaso ang mahal. P400 ang isang ticket, wag na sainyo na yang mga upuan niyo. Sana makaabot din si Hazel kasi 5PM pa ang labas niya at 5:50 naman ang screening. Bahala na lang.
