It was at the SM Southmall branch of Goldilocks I first tasted their barbecue. Hehe. It was my favorite meal (it comes with Laing, if I’m not mistaken). It was also a start of a realization.

As a kid, I was hyper and would read everything around me. I was making pasikat to my parents. I read everything inside that Goldilocks branch including the ‘Share a seat, Win a friend‘. Of course, I asked my mother what it meant and she told me.

From then on, I was never scared of strangers asking me if the seat beside me is available or not.  It has been a habit to share a seat with other people even though I’m not dining in at Goldi (as what my mom wants to call it).

Goldilocks thought me that manner; Goldilocks changed my perceptions. Who knows? I might meet my future just by sharing a seat!

And look at that, it was dated 12th of August but the day was Monday. I forgot to edit it. It should be Thursday. FAIL, I know. Good thing there were only two people who noticed that. Our professor liked the tarp and the program invitation which I made! Of course, I wasn’t properly credited but I was overwhelmed. (:

I also wore high heels which got attention. It got my attention, too. I spotted it at SM dept. store on sale. It was P1199 (or something like) before and I got it for only P399! I had to buy it.

The next day after the seminar, I met with my high school friends for our friend’s despedida. We stayed at Sofitel for a night. Too bad I had an exam the next day so I had to stay up reviewing while listening to them talking, laughing and playing. Our photos from the pool are too embarrassing to post. HAHA

The despedida didn’t end there. We still saw each other this week’s Wednesday and ate at our favorite place when were still in high school. I definitely missed! We also went to our friend’s pad to eat ice cream and talk more.

And lastly, yesterday, we  met again. We just had pizza and went to Storyland to enjoy two rides! We went to her place again to talk more more more. I wish I could stop the time so I could have spent more time with her. She’s leaving on monday for Canada. ); The idea hasn’t sunk into me yet and I don’t like to think about not seeing her for a long long time.

Oh well, doesn’t look like I’m busy for school. It’s just that I can always find time for my friends. They are so awesome that I can’t miss to see them. <3

Upon entering the store, we saw familiar products but with korean writings, of course and I was amazed. I really wanted to check out the ice cream section first but kept checking out other products. Then we checked out the ice cream freezer… and there weren’t a lot of choices but it was okay since I was going to buy for a single stick, anyway.

I chose the one in a blue packaging ’cause it was so inviting and I didn’t think twice unlike my friend who thought of what she would get for a hundred times. It was cheap like P25. I couldn’t even believe it costs like that. We sat down (yes, they allow people to eat there) and excitedly opened the plastic and ate the ice cream. I was actually disappointed. It was bubblegum flavor and it was an ice pop. ):

Heck that, I will choose fancy colors no more next time. But nevertheless, I enjoyed it ’cause it was freaking hot outside and I needed a refresher that time! Oh by the way, I bought 4 packs of Shin Ramyun before leaving. All four for a hundred pesos. Yeah yeah yeah. It is cheaper than those we buy from the supermarket.

Well then, this is my korean store adventure. Will surely be coming back to taste more of the ice creams!

But we didn’t forget about the promo. We were supposed to eat last week but class was canceled the day we scheduled. K, but yesterday!!! We were going to watch this cheap view of  I Love You Phillip Morris but the next screening was super late so we just decided to eat again and Max’s won our heart. HAHA!

That was my first served quarter. I think I had 4. So that’s one whole chicken. I got my last chicken ’cause I thought of our cats so I just ate few of the meat and done. And yeah, I ‘take out’ the bones. Our cats were happy happy cats same as my tummy. Ha, we were there for 2 and a half hours with a lot of talking not just eating hahaha.

Anyway it isn’t advisable to eat a lot so you’ll get what you will pay for. I was like drunk after eating or cholesterol thing starting to act up? I feel so heavy today. Haha. (: By the way, we almost emptied the ordinary size Jufran ketchup. Gahd. I was that pig last night! ):

Anyway, I’m doing the 30-day letter tumblr challenge. I’m on my 5th letter today. (: And hey, I’ve thought of publishing my letters to my future boyfriend, too. I called it the dear future boyfriend project.

I’ve been writing to him since last year. No, I’m not writing because I am desperate to find love. I just thought this would be fun.  I could not remember why I did but it was for a certain guy I liked. Since he’s no longer available, the letters are not for him anymore. Ha, imagine I really thought I’ll be in a relationship with that gay? If you want to contribute your own letter to your own future boyfriend, then send them here.

I want to write letters for my friends like I used to but we don’t see each other that often since school started. ): I should have thought of that last summer. But I will still write for them.

I was supposed to buy a purple high heels but my mom refused. She said I wouldn’t be able to wear it. Ma, I party now. ):

My friends and I went to eat dinner at KFC and of course bought a half roll cake for two of our friends but we didn’t eat. Our tummy was so full already with the gravy as our soup. ((:

Though there were changes made. Wednesday instead of Tuesday and Saturday instead of Friday. How bad can this semester be? Laboratory every saturday? Micro living organisms on saturdays? Kill me.

Saturday, May 22nd
I visited my dentist for the installation of the braces. The pain is still tolerable. No major ouch. Hey, this thing helps me to lose weight. I AM LOSING WEIGHT IN JUST 3 DAYS, SAY WHAT? I just said good bye to probably 4-6 pounds when I weighed myself in the morning. I can’t eat a lot because my bite is too high. It makes me feel tired chewing these days, too. It’s a good thing in a way but seriously, I want to take them off sometime but I couldn’t of course.

See the after picture, I can’t close my mouth because of the high bite. Neither I can bite food using my two front teeth. Awful. Sorry for the gross pictures with dry lips. Uggggggghhhh.

Anyway, my friends and I are planning to go to Tagaytay just to stroll. I am not yet sure if we are really going or not since one is not yet sure. We’re only three! Oh well, I’m ready and excited though I’ve been to Tagaytay many times. (:
