Yeah, the reason kung bat nagkakasakit din ako lately. At actually, nagsisimula pa lang ang ganyang weather. Glad to hear that you have a nice year. Mine didn't ended as I expected. Me too, I gained weight again and since I can't afford Fitness Center (since dati pa), I only rely to my mini gym at home. (jogging in place, DVD Cardio Exercise, and mini dumbbells) It helped me lose weight a year ago, so I guess this will be effective again without paying a cent to any fitness center. :) Mainit sa umaga, malamig sa gabi.
